GRANVILLE, Ohio--  Kenyon's Aidan Schoellkoph scored the game-winning goal 6:08 into the first overtime propelling the No. 7 ranked Lords to a 2-1 victory over Denison on Saturday at Barclay-Thomsen Field.

Denison trailed 1-0 entering the later stages of regulation.  With nine minutes left in the second half, Big Red senior Adrian Miller provided the much-anticipated equalizer on a shot from just outside the goalie box.  Miller's attempt found the back of the net, sending Denison's large Big Red Weekend crowd into a frenzy.

In overtime, Denison's Keegan Lee took the first shot of the extra session but his attempt was saved by Kenyon keeper Ian McInturf.  With just under four minutes to play in the first OT, Schoellkopf got some space down the left side of the field and scored in traffic to send his squad back to Gambier with the victory.

Kenyon's first goal of the match came 2:13 into the second half when David Kim slipped a pass to Brice Koval who converted from the top of the box.

The Lords held a 15-7 advantage in shots while winning the corner kick battle, 6-0.  Denison goalkeeper Dylan Brown posted four saves while Kenyon's McInturf also tallied four saves.

Kenyon moves to 9-1-1 overall and 3-0 in the North Coast Athletic Conference while Denison drops to 2-7-1 and 0-2-1 in conference play.  The Big Red returns to action next Saturday (Oct. 6) when they travel to Greencastle, Indiana for a 12 p.m. match against DePauw.
