CLEVELAND, Ohio – Sophomore Luke Summers was chosen by the North Coast Athletic Conference as their Player of the Week on Monday afternoon following his game-winning goal this past Saturday at DePauw.

Helping the Big Red to a 1-0 victory in Greencastle on Saturday, Summers put Denison up for good in the 23rd minute when he received a pass from junior Ryan Albers and finished it in the back of the net. The native of Chantilly, Va. has now recorded a team-high two goals on the season and is tied for fifth with eight shots taken.

Summers and the Big Red return to action on Wednesday, October 10 when they travel to Oberlin College to take on the Yeomen at 7 p.m.
