CLAREMONT, Calif.--  In a battle of two top-25 programs in NCAA Division III, No. 22 Tufts University came away with an 8-1 victory over No. 24 Denison in a men's tennis matchup at the Biszantz Tennis Center.

The Big Red picked up one point at third singles where Tim Cianciola defeated Ben Biswas, 6-2, 2-6, 6-3.

At No. 1 singles, Denison's Vlad Rotnov faced off against Division III's top-ranked men's player in Boris Sorkin. Rotnov dropped the first set, 6-4 but stormed back to take the second set, 6-3.  In the third set super tie-break, Rotnov and Sorkin were back and forth before Sorkin prevailed, 10-6.
